These Terms govern your use of Margin, operated by Emagine Reality. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Margin.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Margin offers a Free plan and paid plans: Copilot at $19 per month and Autopilot at $29 per month. New accounts may start with a 30-day trial of paid features with no card required; when the trial ends, you stay on Free unless you subscribe.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current price at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. We will give notice before any price change.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing others' rights, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, and no reselling the service without our permission.
You own the content you add. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it so we can operate the service for you (including sending relevant content to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
Margin's rankings, suggestions, and assistant replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Use your own judgment before acting on them.
If you connect your own AI assistant through Margin's MCP door, your use of that assistant is governed by that provider's terms, and actions it takes in Margin are your responsibility.
You may stop using Margin and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service, and we may discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Emagine Reality is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Emagine Reality operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
